Shern-Min Chow of Houston’s KHOU recently sat down with Texas Medical Center Orchestra Artistic Director, Libi Lebel, to discuss the orchestra’s upcoming 20th season. They discussed the Dream of America concerts, the Emery/Weiner Theater students, and the Mitsi Dancing School.
